APS Transcripts and Records Information

CURRENT WAKEFIELD STUDENT : You must submit a form for each college or scholarship to which you are applying. Please use this link: Wakefield High School Transcript Request Form (google.com)

FORMER STUDENTS : You must set up an account with Parchment, an outside vendor, and make your request through them. You can access Parchment on the APS website, or click on this link:https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/162695/account

• There’s a $7.50 fee per each transcript.
• IMPORTANT: Always select Wakefield High School in Arlington VA. There are other Wakefield High Schools in the US. Not selecting the Wakefield High School in Arlington will result in a delay.
• When the request has been made properly, Parchment’s turnaround time is typically 1-2 business days.

If there is a problem with your order, contact Marjorie Blazek at marjorie.blazek@apsva.us; she is the APS Central Office Parchment liaison. Include your student ID# (if remembered), year of graduation/attendance, and include Parchment’s email to you.

MIDDLE SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT :

• Please complete this form: Student Record Request Form (PDF), please select “Middle School Transcript Request”
• There is a $4.00 processing fee per Middle School Transcript.
• If the student is currently attending or last attended Arlington Public Schools in the past 5 years, submit your request to the LAST school attended.
  • If a student attended an APS middle school and progressed to an APS high school, the remaining records are at the high school.

  *APS handles transcript requests for currently enrolled students only.
