The owner's manual for the DPA100B9/WDB-6 does not give a full description of the functions of each control button on the control panel,(shown on pg 18), nor does it list the possible error codes which could be displayed. I have seen AP flash but don't know what it means. This unit was given to us by our granddaughter who was moving and it is missing the remote control. As best I can tell the unit operates just fine. My bedroom is coll at night.

How can i speak to a human? I don't understand the settings both on the remote and the front of the fan. The remote shown in the manual doesn't explain what numbers go to which picture on the remote. Same on the AC unit itself. I've had my AC on all day, it says 68 on it, but it's very very hot in the room and my thermostat says its 82. I need HELP please.
